Vision Statement
The UNCC DFL Alumnae Chapter will be a resource for Alumnae Sisters by upholding Sorority Virtues, building a supportive network, fostering collaboration, and serving as mentors for Collegiate Sisters.

HISTORY
In 2018, a group of 12 committed Alumnae Sisters started an interest group to establish an Alumnae Chapter for Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. (DFL) based around the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). They have created a resource for Alumnae to stay connected with the Sorority beyond graduation. They encourage fellow Alumnae to volunteer and fundraise for philanthropic causes, to engage in personal and professional development opportunities, and to uplift the Asian-American and women communities. They also hope to continue networking and bonding through shared experiences as Alumnae. At the 2019 DFL National Convention, the UNC Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Phi Lambda was officially established.
